Terms & refunds

Kitmaple Bingo makes printable word bingo cards for personal, classroom and event use. No gambling or wagering is provided. Free PDFs include one watermarked card. A $4.99 theme purchase includes the chosen preset holiday word list, up to 30 unique cards per PDF and watermark removal. A $9.99 bulk purchase includes custom word lists and all included themes, up to 100 cards per PDF without watermarks. You may generate again using your private purchase link. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions. USD prices may have tax added at checkout. Within 14 days of payment, open Your purchase and request a full self-service refund processed by Creem. Refunded or disputed purchases lose future download access; previously downloaded files cannot be remotely removed. Provider or bank processing can take time. Statutory rights are unaffected. Contact hello@kitmaple.com for service questions; use your Creem receipt or portal for billing questions.
